The Will County Council serves the 16 American Legion Posts in Will County, providing for coordination of multi-post efforts, conduct of county level events, dissemination of information and, not of least importance, comradeship for veterans within the county.

HELP FUND THE
ABRAHAM LINCOLN LIFE SIZE STATUE
AT THE ABARHAM LINCOLN NATIONAL CEMETERY
This will be the very first human figure statue in a national military cemetery.
The statue will cost some $110,000 but only about $20,000 has been collected so far.
There is a website where donations can be made: www.alncemeterysupport.org.
Contribution checks may be sent to:
Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Support Committee
Post Office Box 4132, Joliet Illinois 60434-4132.
Make the check payable to “ALNC Support Committee." Annotate the check for the Lincoln statue.
Target for Completion is the Fall of 2012.
2012 BOYS STATE BUS INFORMATION
Boys State bus transportation will be different this year. It will only be $75.00.
AS OF 4/26/2012, There WILL be a bus pickup at Harwood Post #5, 701 S. Larkin Ave.
(S.W. Corner of Larkin and I-80, - Take the Frontage Road South of the Interstate West to the Post)
The bus should arrive between 1:15 and 1:30. Please have delegates there by at LEAST 1:00.

U.S. Congressional Rep.
